Ingredients:
7-9oz Zoodles
8-10 Broccoli florets
10-15 detailed shrimp
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon Kerry gold butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Asiago Cheese
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black or white pepper
Instructions:
Cut and season broccoli generously with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the broccoli and shrimp to the pan and sauté until it is almost completely cooked through. While the shrimp and broccoli are cooking, heat the butter and garlic in a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat. Cook until the garlic is fragrant and the butter begins to brown. Increase the heat to medium and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and Asiago. Bring to a slight boil then reduce the heat to medium-low and let simmer and thicken. Once the sauce has thickened, toss the zoodles in the sauce and cook until the zoodles are warmed. Add the sauced noodles to the pan with the chicken and broccoli and toss to combine.
