Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Asiago Cheese
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black or white pepper
Instructions:
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Cook garlic about 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and cream. Slowly add Parmesan & Asiago cheese, stirring constantly until well incorporated and sauce thickens, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in salt & pepper.
Also consider adding bacon, mushrooms, spinach or alter the cheese to add a different flavor.
