Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

3 oz cream cheese, room temperature

3 oz Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

3 oz Asiago Cheese

2 tbsp butter, room temperature

3 tbsp of Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp sriracha

1 pinch white or black pepper to taste

1 pinch salt to taste

Instructions:

Melt the butter and cream cheese together in a small pot over low heat, whisking to combine. Add heavy cream, turn heat up to medium low, and stir until combined and hot. Add Parmesan & Asiago cheese and stir until melted.

Turn heat a little lower and continue whisking until the sauce coats the back of a spoon. Adding seasonings & sriracha cook & stir for approximately 2 minutes more. Thickens as it cools!

Serve warm and enjoy!
